    We regret that returns and refunds cannot be accommodated.

    Discounted price and Sale items are not eligible for exchange and/ or refunds. We do our best to ensure that our products are free of any manufacturing defects and our procedure is to check the items before delivery to customer to ensure everything is in order and in good condition. However, if you find that the item(s) delivered to you is incorrect or defective, kindly contact us at petshop2u@outlook.com within 3 days of receiving the products. We will issue you a Product Return Form and the return item(s) must reach us within 14 days.

    We will then deliver the replacement item(s) at no cost to you. If the item is returned due to any other reason, you are responsible for the return shipping cost.

    To return your merchandise(s) please follow the instruction below.

    • Complete the Product Return Form, pack and seal your returned merchandise(s) securely (in the original package if possible).
    • Please ensure the proof of purchase and all tags are intact.

    If you are returning goods, it is important that you obtain a “proof of Postage” certificate from the post-office, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
